3 seminars at the beautiful Yosokan Dojo in Monterey, California are also included. The first covers BJJ techniques and their correlation to Aikido. The second connects standing wristlocks with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu groundwork, and the third is a no gi clinic that covers foot locks and lower body submissions.
